New data centre in Nuremberg
We are opening the seventh more powerful data centre in Nuremberg. At this moment this centre is able to storage the amount of power volume up to 11900 Mh/s. Due to the opening of data centre we remove all current restrictions on maximum purchase volume.
Engineering systems ensure uninterrupted operation of the data center 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To do this, absolutely all the items are reserved, ie have a double, which will take over the load if the primary fails.

2015 results
The “HashOcean” team congratulates you with New Year holidays and wish you and your family to be healthy and happy!
It’s time to sum up the results of 2015 and remember the most important events of our project. First of all we would like to thank our users, the whole amount of whom is over 270 000 people. The important part of new users recruiting belongs to affiliate program. Over 28 000 of users get their daily profit on purchased powers that they bought with the help of this affiliate program.
Moreover this year we’ve launched a powerful data center with the total power amount up to 6500 Mh/s. To fit the needs of our users we’ve started developing our seventh data centre in Nuremberg. We will write more about this in our following news postings.

New data centre in Singapore
In order to meet our consumers’ growing needs we are continuing to extend our infrastructure and today we have brought into operation our sixth data centre in Singapore. At this moment the total capacity of all our data centres is 28.1 GH/s. We are going to build the seventh data centre soon (the location of this data centre is under negotiation).

Much easier and safer
After launching of multichannel telephone line we had an opportunity to communicate directly with our users. This helped us find out the most frequent problems which our users are facing working with the service. We have also got a lot of comments and suggestions about site’s operation and its usability. But first things first! The most frequent problem was extremely long domain name. Users were complaining that it was difficult to not only memorize this name but also write it. For this reason we moved our site and now we have shorter and simpler domain name: hashocean.com. Beside this, users whose computers were damaged by viruses or malicious programs, informed us about problems with loging on. To make our service safer and protect user data we made an encryption with HTTPS. So, the full address of our site looks the following way now: https://hashocean.com. Draw your attention at the green lock that must appear in the web address bar of your browser. This testifies that you have connected with the secure protocol and it looks like this:
But we haven’t stopped on this. Every section of the project was worked out, the general information content of pages and notifications was improved, data display on earning power graphs was made better, etc.

2014 results
The “HashOcean” team congratulates you with New Year holidays and wish you and your family to be healthy and happy!
According to our tradition we sum up the results of the expiring year and sharing the plans for the coming year. First of all we would like to thank our users, the whole amount of whom is over 150 000 people. The important part of new users recruiting belongs to affiliate program that we have started this year. Over 17 000 of users get their daily profit on purchased powers that they bought with the help of this affiliate program.
Along with the speed-up in new users’ recruitment, the earning power has increased by 48% in comparison with the last year. Sometimes our users wanted to buy more hardware than we were able to offer. For this reason we had imposed temporary limitations for the maximum volume of purchase. Fortunately, we open new data centres every 6 months and thus we can meet the request of our users. This year we have opened two data centres with the total power amount up to 8600 Mh/s in Singapore and Nuremberg.
And now the most interesting information about the earning power and investment returns. In current year we not only held the high level of investment return but we could also increase the earning power by 5-8% in comparison with the results of the last year. Just like it happened last year we have new users who gain 100% of cost recovery every day. And it is important to underline that our early adopters gained the cost recovery for more than 400%, this means that they got four times bigger profit than they had invested! We are really pleased about such a high level of investment returns because primary we are concerned about the amount of users who have attained positive results in cost recovery but not in the total amount of users. Also we would like to remind that the purchased powers are your own property and you won’t lose them even when you gain 100% of your investment.

We are opening the fifth data centre in Nuremberg. At this moment this centre is able to storage the amount of power volume up to 4500 Mh/s. Due to the opening of data centre we remove all current restrictions on maximum purchase volume.
Also we are going to start preparation for launching a new data centre in Singapore in December. The opening is going to be in May of the following year.

Scheduled technical works
In the period of 12 to 15 November we are going to realize some technical works. At this time our specialists will scale the infrastructure to launch a new data centre. Some delays in payment are possible during this time.

The current work load of data centres is about 93% and we’ve noticed the lack of available for ordering hardware. For this reason we have imposed temporary limitations on maximum volume of purchases up to 1400 Kh/s. This problem will be resolved after launching a new data centre.
